Take a Walk to Canada at the International Bridge Walk

One day a year, you can join in the International Bridge Walk into Ontario Canada! The bridge arches 2.8 miles across the Soo Locks and rapids (called “sault” in French). This unique walk has a festive spirit as walkers are excited to take in the view, enjoy the day, and celebrate our friendly relations with our neighbors-to-the-north! Just remember to take your passport or identification for international travel. To bring your dog across borders, you must have a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian to ensure that your pet is healthy and clean. Be sure to pack a treat and some water for the day. Check out the boardwalk with surrounding nature when you are near to shore - it's sure to please your pet's sniffer!
