Ste. Genevieve is located thirty-three miles east of Leadington. A small but remarkably beautiful dog park beckons the hounds, poodles, and Great Danes from all over. Dogs of all sizes play together in this fully fenced, grassy enclosure. The community put a lot of love into the Fleur de Lis Dog Park. The town donated its drainage pipes, tires, and a few fire hydrants, and a team of artists went to work to assemble a colorful pooch playground out of them! Tunnels, ramps, and an obstacle course of tires make this dog park one that will tire your pup out. Water is not available on-site. One unshaded bench gives a person a place to park while the pup has fun. This dog park is free and open to the public.

Herculaneum
Herculaneum is located thirty-seven miles north of Leadington. All Bark Village truly makes a dog howl with happiness! This well-designed dog park has two fully fenced grassy spots for dogs' exercise and play. A pavilion in the middle of the dog park has plenty of spots for the folks to sit and supervise their canine pals. Specially designed water fountains have water bowls on the bottom for the dogs and spigots for people at the top. A concrete pad includes a hose for rinsing off a dirty dog. In the summer months, the hose is used to fill up those kiddie pools for some splashin' good fun! This dog park does not charge visitors and requires no registration to visit.

Arnold is located forty-nine miles north of Leadington. It is a bit of a drive, but for a pawesome good time, it is worth it! The city of Arnold has two free public dog parks located in its City Park and Ferd B. Lang Park. Both are identical in design and amenities. A large, fully fenced grassy space gives large dogs a place to run and feel the breeze sail through the fur. A separate fenced area is reserved for the small dogs. Drinking water is available at the dog park, and doggie waste baggies are also supplied by the park. Shaded spots for people to sit make it a comfortable experience for the accompanying human companion.
