Just a ten minute drive from Universal City in neighboring Schertz, this park is well worth the trip. There is a lot of wildlife in the area and on the trails, so a leash is paramount to keeping your pup safe by making sure your best friend doesn't take off after a deer or a bird unexpectedly. For a pawrific walk, take the main trail that circles around the park along, or one of several smaller trails, some of which lead down to a small stream. It's the perfect place to spend a hot, Texas summer day with your furry friend! There are plenty of water fountains for humans and canines alike.
