North Watauga
North Watauga is a busy neighborhood filled with rows of residential homes and school districts. The park of choice for most residents is Hillview Park, and although its not on a hill, it still has a partically fenced-in field to play in. Dogs have to be on a leash, and will have access to water fountains and trash bins. For more space to play, head over to the Watauga Community Center Soccer Field. Inside the recreational area are four soccer fields, with a looping trail that extends over 1.5 miles and connects to a playground, water fountains, benches, covered picnic tables, a skatepark, and restrooms.

Denton Hwy/ Chapman Rd
The Denton Highway and Chapman Road neighborhood is right under the city's center, and offers a variety of retail and restaurants among residential homes. Also inside the community is BISD Park, a small recreational park with two baseball fields and a soccer field. The park is surrounded by a paved path, made from concrete that connects to a playground, basketball courts, and shaded picnic tables. Leashed dogs can enjoy water fountains, trash bins, and benches. Whenever you and your pup get hungry, you can walk over to Chef Point, an American fare restaurant with a diverse menu. Park Glen is a bustling neighborhood inside forth Worth, .5 miles from Watauga. The neighborhood is popular thanks to the largest park in the area, Arcadia Trail Park.
