Willow Creek Dog Park is certainly a pup-ular canine hang out. Don’t let your dog miss out on all the fun, stop by and let her mix it up with new furry playmates. With 2.5 acres to run and wrestle, she’ll have plenty of room to get rid of her extra energy. A large pond is available for doggy swimmers. What’s better than hiking with your dog? Hiking with your off leash dog! Run-A-Muk Trail Area is an off leash trail loop where your pal can wander and explore without the confines of a leash. Two miles of trails run through open fields of sage brush and groves of aspen trees. Since this is a dedicated canine space, your pooch will have the chance to mingle with other four legged park patrons. Enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and the nearby Olympic ski jumps as you exercise with your pup. Since water is not available at the trailhead, bring your own so your dog doesn’t get thirsty.

Summit Park
This Park City neighborhood is just a quick 15 minute drive from Snyderville. If your pooch is in the mood for hiking, this is the place to be. A small network of trails weaves around the pine covered slopes. It’s a shady area, so during the dog days of summer, your pup won’t overheat. If you don’t mind a little elevation gain, you can go all the way to Summit Park Peak. It’s about 6 miles round trip, so your four legged hiking buddy will get plenty of exercise.
