Stretching for 7 miles, you and your pup will love how vast and open this beach is. Backed by a forest of shore pine, the sand dunes and beach grasses make this a picture-perfect location to romp on the sandy beach and splash in the wavy, blue ocean. With plenty of parking in the trees, small paths lead you and your dog to this pawrific beach spot.

Picnic tables are dotted throughout the beach in private cul-de-sacs shaded by pines which shield you from the wind off the beach and ocean. This beach is pawfect for a morning, evening, or full day soaking up the sun, going for long strolls along the shore with your dog, and taking a dip in the ocean. It is a no-frills beach experience through and through. It is quieter than many other Oregon beaches, making it a great place to relax and catch a sunset on a summer evening. 

Your pup is going to love this beach, and if they are good under voice command, they can even explore its environs off leash. Always have a leash in your hand and be sure to keep your dog in sight and under control. There are trash cans and restrooms for the humans in the parking area, but do bring clean-up bags to pick up after your pup. Be sure to bring any other essentials fir a fun and safe day in the sun and sand, including drinking water to share with your dog.
