Seaside Beach

Seaside Beach is located in Fort Bragg, California. This is a very small beach, with a small parking area, and it is quite peaceful due to the lack of crowds drawn here. The beach is wide with the mix of sand and rocks that make it up. It is backed with rocky cliffs that make it the picture-perfect spot for taking a ton of photos with your pup! Large rocks also stand on the beach, which is fun to climb to get a better vantage point of the beach and the ocean. 

During low tide, you will have much more beach for you and your dog to run, walk, and play on. Dogs are allowed on the beach and in the water. However, dogs are not allowed south past the mouth of Ten Mile River.

Since this is a small beach, you will not find any facilities here. No restrooms, showers, picnic area, benches, or concessions stands are available. Seaside Beach is a place you would go for a sunset view, pictures, walking, and for somewhere you can bring your pooch to for some fun. 

Your dogs can either be on or off-leash. If you decide to let your dog off-leash, be sure you have a leash in your hand at all times, your dog is non-aggressive to humans and other dogs, and your dog responds promptly to your voice commands. This beach does not provide a doggy bag station, so you will need to bring poop bags with you and pick up after your dog when they are done going to the bathroom. Keeping your local beaches clean and sanitary is important for everyone's else, plus it keeps the beached pretty! 

Overall, this is a great beach if you are looking for an open and quiet area to let your dog run on the beach and play in the water. Your pup is sure to have a ton of fun!
