Haines Hitch-Up RV Park

Located in the town that's self-described as pristine and quiet, the Haines Hitch Up RV Park has been an RV park favorite for the last 32 years. With easy access by either state ferry or the highway, this campground offers 92 spacious grass sites for RVrs and other campers. You and your pup will have access to fishing, hiking, hunting, birdwatching, wildlife viewing, and more! 

Surrounded by the snowcapped peaks of the Chilkat Mountains, this campground is a great home base to explore the rest of what Haines has to offer. This campground offers you and your doggo free wifi, clean restrooms, meter free, hot showers, a laundromat, a well-stocked gift shop, and more! Tent campers and folding tent campers are not permitted at this RV Campground. 

You're able to make reservations for this campground, and in fact, because of the amenities, you are encouraged to make reservations early as this park often fills up quickly. This is a great spot for caravan RVers as well as solo RVrs! As we said, your dog is certainly allowed to join you at this beautiful campground, but there are some rules that you and your pup will need to abide by. Your dog is not allowed to be off leash at any spot in this RV park. Your pup will also need to be kept on a leash that's no longer than 6 feet in order to maintain proper control. 

Your dog is not allowed to wander, and if your dog is loud, obnoxious, or out of control, you and your pooch will be asked to leave the park. You're required to clean up after your dog in order to keep the campground clean, but also to protect yourself, your pooch, and other campers from wildlife.
