Description

Being situated in Salem Connecticut makes Witch Meadow Lake Family Campground a centrally located getaway, giving you access to all the area has to offer. Not only is its location convenient, but Witch Meadow Lake comes equipped with a variety of amenities and perks that you won't find anywhere else!

For starters, this family-oriented campground has many ways for you to keep busy. There are sports courts located throughout the park for basketball, volleyball, tennis, and horseshoes. There is a playground, softball field, and a heated swimming pool as well. Not to mention, the 14-acre Witch Meadow Lake is directly beside many of the campsites providing campers with unlimited access to the water. On the water, you can find boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, and much more. A sandy beach area is available for guests to use on the lake.

Amenities at the grounds include hot showers, flush toilets, and laundry facilities. There is a dump station and a Snack Shack to stock up on treats and propane. Children can spend time in the recreation hall where they can find video games, ping-pong, pinball, pool, and even a library. For the adults, there is a lounge where you can enjoy free wireless internet, a library, and a large television.

Campsites can accommodate tents, RVs, pop-ups, travel tailors, or motorhomes. All sites have water and electric and some sites are waterfront. Sites come with picnic tables and fire rings.

Your pooch is welcome to accompany you to Witch Meadow, however, they are to remain on your site. You are not permitted to walk your dog through the campgrounds freely, however, there are various pet walking trails that you and your pup can take advantage of. Remember to keep them on a leash at all times and to tidy up any pet waste they make. Please bring proof of a valid and recent rabies shot for your pup and keep in mind there is a maximum of 2 dogs per site. Unfortunately, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and wolf breeds are not welcome at Witch Meadow.
