Tent sites with water and electric are also an option. For RV's, pop-up trailers or similar vehicles, fully equipped sites with sewage, water, and electrical hook-ups (both 30 and 50 amps) will meet your needs!
Finding something to do at Wood's Tall is never hard, because this campground comes fully loaded with activities. The 7-acre lake is central to the grounds, providing guests with access to all sorts of water activities, including boating, swimming, water sports and more. If you don't own a boat, don't fret, because rentals are available. The lake is also home to a variety of fun water activities, including tube slides as well as water trampolines. Zip-lining is also a guest favorite for both adults and children!
Wood's Tall Timber Resort is dog-friendly, with limitations. Campers are only allowed one dog per site, and dog breeds that are considered to be vicious (e.g. Rottweilers and pit bulls) aren't permitted in the campground. Dogs can't stay in cottages or cabins. When in the grounds, keep your pooch on a leash at all times and be sure to clean up any waste they make. Garbage receptacles can be found throughout the park. Be mindful of other campers; excessive barking isn't tolerated and may resultĀ in your pooch being asked to leave.
