Description

Is Lulu getting rowdy? Then why not let her run loose at the Landrum Community Dog Park in South Carolina? Visitors can conveniently park right beside this fun doggy space and can enjoy a view of the treeline with a backdrop of that South Carolina sky. Dog owners will appreciate the rugged fence that contains their pups and the double-gated entryway.

Rules are also conveniently posted at the front of the park. Visitors will also be grateful for the doggy poop bag station onsite. Lulu will salivate at the separate spaces for large and small dogs where your pooch can socialize with other canines her size. Lulu will also enjoy frolicking on the grass and mulch off-leash. This park is immaculate and well maintained because visitors tend to pick up their pooches doo, and volunteers spiffy up the premises.

Hungry? The Stone Soup Restaurant is located right behind the park and offers some yummy country-style food. The dog park was a smart move for the owner of the restaurant who began the dog park in 2016 and has since boosted business. And this free and public doggy space is just a hop off the interstate for busy travelers. Visitors who want to help keep this stellar park going can contribute donations.

Lulu will also have a ball (literally) with the toys provided in a box. And Lulu’s two-legged friend will appreciate the shady trees and the wooden benches. But dog owners should remember a doggy bowl and water when visiting Landrum Community Dog Park because there are no fountains available.

However, human counterparts can visit the restaurant after for a cold drink and use the restroom. Although there are no doggy pools, agility courses, or fountains, this simple park provides locals and travelers a great place to let their pooch loose and socialize. Lulu will have a terwoofic time a the Landrum Dog Park that’s located off the interstate and by a tasty restaurant in South Carolina.
