San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area

The San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area sits in the beautiful state of California, supplying visitors with a fun place to visit on any day. This reservoir was created by the California State Water Project and the federal Central Valley Project. Initially, this park acted as a storage area, but it eventually transitioned into a recreational area later on. 

When you come and visit the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area, you will find many different amenities that are available for your enjoyment. Dogs can also come and visit the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash during their entire stay. During your time in this recreational area, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the park officials. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home.

Pets and their humans must be well-mannered before they come to the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area as this park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here. Humans should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area.
