Description

Experience what Montana has to offer in Columbia Falls, a town filled with fun mountain activities and adventures. It is most known for being right next to Glacier National Park, a wild wonderland perfect for anyone who loves hiking and exploring untamed terrain. Columbia Falls RV Park is right in the action, being the only RV park to sit inside the town's boundaries.

The facility is loaded with amenities and features 75 sites tailored for larger RVs, 63 of them being pull-throughs. Full hookups are available, including cable TV and free wifi. Campsites start at $39.95 during the off-season and go up to $44.95 in the peak summer months. Tent rates start at $26, and there are cottages for rent, but neither of these options allows pooches. Columbia Falls RV Park also offers winter RV storage for any that need a place to keep their camper when the temperature drops.

While the area is filled with amazing places to check out, the campground offers lots to do as well. You can restock your supplies at the convenience store or grab some souvenirs at the gift shop. Take your kids to the parks located across the street to burn off some energy, or head to the swimming pool only a few blocks away. There are walking trails where you and your pupper can get some exercise, with one leading right up to the Flathead River.

Almost all canines can come and enjoy the grounds here, but any Pitbull mix, Rottweiler mix, or wolf mix will have to seek out a different place to stay. For the doggos that are allowed in, there are two dog runs at this facility -- one for little pups, the other for big ones -- where your woofer can stretch out their legs a bit. Remember to keep your dog on-leash when not in the dog park and promptly clean up after any bathroom breaks. The campground asks that pooches not be taken on grassy areas other than the dog run for sanitation purposes.

If you've always wanted to check out the Columbia Falls area, the Columbia Falls RV Park is a pawesome place to stay during your travels.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
