Introduction

In the 2018 science fiction thriller movie “Rampage” by Brad Peyton, Dwayne (the Rock) Johnson is a primatologist who has a close friendship with an intelligent silverback gorilla named George. The movie is based on the video game by Midway Games, but there is a lot more to the movie than what you see in the game. An experiment gone wrong turns George and several other critters into huge monster animals that are destroying everything in town. However, George is still a lovable primate inside, and the Rock is determined to save him from those who want to kill him along with the other giant animals.

Rampage Inspired Dog Name Considerations

When you choose a new furry family member, you should make sure to consider certain things like whether you have kids or other fur buddies and whether you have a yard for the poochie to play in. Some breeds need a lot of outdoor exercise and having a large fenced yard is important for them. For example, Retrievers, herding dogs, Dalmatians, Siberian Huskies, and German Shepherds all need plenty of outdoor space to exercise every day. And once you decide on a forever friend, you will need to think of the perfect name for them.

Deciding what you want to call your new buddy can be difficult, but it can also be fun. Watch your pupster play and see if you can spot a cute habit or quirk that they have. This can give you ideas for a fun and suitable moniker. For example, Bubbles would be cute for a playful pup, Monsieur is great for the sophisticated dog, and King is awesome for the dog who likes to be in charge. You can also choose a name based on your poochie’s appearance such as Snowflake for a white pup or Pipsqueak for a petite pooch. Pop culture is a great place to find some fun names for your new pooch too, and there are some terrific names in the character list of “Rampage.”
